When you participate in sport and exercise of any kind,the messages to and from our brain must work at a high rate and we are often under excessive amounts of physical stress. My sessions are beneficial for clients who are experiencing pain, have muscles not performing at their optimum, or there is a weakness in the sequence of the movement resulting in reduced comfort, flexibility, speed, strength, and focus.
As injury can be a common occurrence when participating in sport, I encourage early treatment to help strengthen muscles and joints and to prevent further injury. Kinesiology can neutralise the effect of physical trauma’s, while re-establishing the proper integration of body functions and prevent chronic injury.
Kinesiology can also be used to determine the right type of foods and supplements for your body. I do not subscribe to any particular dietary plan, as I believe everybody has different nutritional requirements depending on your individual needs and lifestyle choices.
